How your bus is built
Every body moves through the same six stations in our workshop. Nothing skips a stage, and nothing leaves without passing the last one.
- Structure shop
Skeleton fabrication
Tubes are cut to size, sub-structures are jig-welded, and the complete metal frame of your bus is assembled.
- Shell shop
Skinning and panels
Exterior side panels, roof sheets and the front and rear FRP cowls are fixed to the frame to form the shell.
- Paint shop
Anti-corrosion and coating
The shell is surface-treated and primed against rust, then filled, sanded, top-coated and baked for a finish that lasts.
- Docking station
Chassis and body mating
The painted body is lowered onto the rolling chassis and permanently mounted to it.
- Assembly
Interior and exterior fit-out
Flooring, windows, electrical wiring, interior trims, luggage racks and passenger seats go in.
- Pre-dispatch inspection
Testing and final checks
Every bus goes through a water shower leak test, road trials and a final quality check before we hand it over.

What does Guru Kirpa Bus Body Builders do?
We build, repair and fabricate bus bodies at our workshop at Jangiana Bus Stop on the Barnala-Bajakhana Road in Barnala, Punjab. That covers new bodies on your chassis, rebuilds of old or damaged bodies, and fabrication work.
Which types of buses do you build?
Volvo-type AC coaches, deluxe, semi-deluxe, ordinary, staff, mini, school, vanity and music buses, as well as Palki Sahib vehicles for Nagar Kirtan.
